The first 10 month of National Rainbow Coalition (NARC) mastership have been marked by brace main themes: Hope and uncertainty. sense of possible fulfilment because Kenyans cannot believe that the country's economic performance can be worse subject to the new government than during the previous decade, which was characterised by way of a lack of investment and conflict with the multilaterals.
